In the wood processing industry, the chipping stage – converting logs into wood chips – directly determines the energy consumption and finished quality of particleboard and fiberboard production.
As Jite Machine Tool's flagship product, our wood chipper blades are more than just pieces of metal. They are carefully optimized cutting systems.
Facing hardwoods, dry timber, or recycled waste wood containing impurities, ordinary blades often chip or dull rapidly. Here's why our blades perform differently:
- Toughness vs. Hardness: Our heat treatment process finds the optimal balance. We maintain high HRC hardness while giving the blade enough toughness to prevent breakage under impact loads.
- Precision Mounting: Even micron-level deviations in blade extension cause uneven chip sizes. Jite blades offer extremely high flatness tolerances – simply mount and go, no on-site shimming required.
- Long-Lasting Edge: Advanced grinding technology gives our chipper blades lower cutting resistance (saving motor energy) and longer intervals between resharpening sessions.
